Confirming the availability of Hall on any given date is a most important part of any family’s decision in planning a function like wedding and to help make it easier for our community, we are sharing the availability status of the community hall for current month and next 3 months. The below calander will be updated daily for the members willing to inquire about the availability of hall for any date & shift.

Important information:

Below are some points to understand the availability of the community hall:

• Shifts: The hall is offered in two shifts on any given date

• Morning Shift: Morning shift is considered from 8 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Evening Shift: Evening shift is considered from 4 PM to 11:30 PM

• Red Color: Any date showing red is considered booked or ‘not available‘
