The Office Admin Committee is responsible for taking care of daily administrative tasks of the organisation which includes staff management, maintenance of the office, digitalisation of data, software management, sms & whatsapp broadcasting, etc. It is managed under the able leadership of Mr. Iqbalbhai Lohiya.

Financial Help Committee
The Financial Help Committee is for the smooth and quick resolution of financial help applications submitted by members of the community. The Financial Help Committee reviews the applications, verifies the details and needs of the applicant and approves the help accordingly.

Faisla Committee consists of experienced and highly respected members of the committee as well as the community. This committee is created to intervene and help resolve internal disputes like family disputes, financial disputes, etc. amicably. Considering the high number of issues related to couples, the committee has been instrumental in saving many families from reaching a situation of divorce or legal cases.

Fund Raising Committee
Under the able leadership of Mr. Majid Bhai Noorani, the Fund Raising Committee takes the responsibility of reaching out to the members of the community to get the funds for the growth and development of the community. They also reach out to the zakat donors in Ramzan and throughout the year to collect funds so that our jamaat can help them without a need for financial help from bigger organisations.

Lavajam Committee
The Lavajam Committee is responsible for collecting the annual lavajam fee from the committee members. The lavajam committee plays a pivotal role in managing the daily administrative expenses because our staff’s salary, office electricity bill, water, maintenance, etc. is taken care of, by this amount.

The Facilities Management Committee is responsible for maintenance and management of our Lakadiya hall. They make sure that the hall stays in good condition and it is a good experience for the members of the community to use it.
